A short discovery call (30–45 minutes) with a practice principal. Most clients then commission a 4-to-6-week assessment that produces a costed roadmap, technical reference architecture, and risk register before any build work begins.
Do you sign NDAs before initial conversations?
Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before discovery calls, and we are comfortable with most enterprise procurement frameworks (MSA, SOW, DPA).
What is your commercial model?
Time and materials, fixed-fee, and outcome-aligned engagements are all on the table. Our managed-operations practice typically runs on annual retainers tied to SLOs and business KPIs.
Are you certified for regulated industries?
